Last updated: August 4, 2026

Gummy Molds Ltd operates www.gummymolds.com and supplies commercial gummy molds, bulk made-to-order gummy molds, custom gummy molds, custom chocolate molds, prototypes, and related products and services.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, produced, shipped, tracked, and handled when a delivery issue occurs. By placing an order with Gummy Molds, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Availability

All orders are subject to product, material, equipment, and production availability.

We work to maintain accurate inventory information, but an inventory discrepancy may occasionally occur. If we cannot immediately fulfill part or all of an order, we may:

  • Contact you with an updated production or fulfillment estimate;
  • Hold the order until all products are available;
  • Ship available products separately;
  • Offer an appropriate substitute with your approval; or
  • Cancel and refund the unavailable portion of the order.

Products identified as bulk made to order, custom, backordered, unavailable, or out of stock require production or project completion before shipment.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are generally calculated during checkout based on the shipment’s weight, dimensions, selected shipping method, and destination.

Custom projects, unusually large shipments, palletized orders, freight shipments, international commercial shipments, or other orders that cannot be accurately rated through checkout may require a separate shipping quotation.

The shipping amount displayed at checkout or stated in a written quotation is the amount collected by Gummy Molds for the selected shipping service.

Customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes, brokerage charges, carrier surcharges, storage fees, and other government or destination-country charges may be collected separately and are generally the customer’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

3. Processing and Production Lead Times

Processing and production lead times depend on whether an order contains in-stock products, bulk made-to-order products, or custom molds.

The estimates below begin after payment, order verification, receipt of all required project information, and any required customer approval.

3.1 In-Stock Products

Orders containing products currently listed as in stock are usually dispatched within two business days after payment and order verification.

Inventory availability can change before an order is completed. If an inventory discrepancy affects an order, we will contact the customer with the available fulfillment options.

3.2 Bulk Made-to-Order Gummy Molds

Bulk made-to-order gummy molds are existing mold designs produced after an order is accepted. These products generally require a minimum order of 10 molds of the same design.

Bulk made-to-order production typically requires approximately one to two weeks before shipping.

Actual timing may vary based on:

  • The mold design;
  • Order quantity;
  • Current production workload;
  • Material and equipment availability;
  • Quality-control requirements; and
  • Other operational factors.

The applicable product page, quotation, invoice, or written order confirmation may provide a more specific estimate for an individual order.

3.3 Orders Containing In-Stock and Made-to-Order Quantities

If an order exceeds the quantity currently available in stock, we may ship the available quantity first and produce the remaining quantity, or hold the complete order until all molds are ready.

When split shipment is available, we will communicate the available options and any additional shipping arrangements before proceeding.

3.4 Custom Gummy Mold Prototypes

Custom gummy mold prototype projects require project review, design development, customer approval, and prototype manufacturing before shipment.

Prototype timing is confirmed after the project requirements have been reviewed. Timing may vary based on design complexity, requested revisions, customer response time, prototype specifications, and current production capacity.

Prototype shipping is arranged and charged separately unless expressly included in a written quotation or invoice.

3.5 Custom Gummy Mold Production Orders

Custom gummy mold production packages are generally estimated at approximately four weeks after final design approval.

This estimate may change based on:

  • Design complexity;
  • Requested mold quantity;
  • Changes requested after approval;
  • Material or equipment availability;
  • Manufacturing capacity;
  • Quality-control requirements; and
  • Other project-specific requirements.

Shipping is not included unless expressly stated and is arranged separately for the completed production order.

3.6 Custom Chocolate Molds and Prototypes

Custom chocolate mold projects may include design development, technical drawings, prototype manufacturing, testing, tooling, and production mold manufacturing.

Design, prototype, production, and shipping timing is confirmed after project review because the required process depends on the shape, dimensions, cavity layout, prototype requirements, mold quantity, manufacturing specifications, and customer approval timing.

The applicable quotation, invoice, project approval, or written correspondence will provide the estimated timeline for the specific project.

3.7 Written Project and Order Timelines

When a product page, quotation, invoice, project approval, or written order confirmation provides a specific production estimate, that estimate applies to the applicable order or project.

All processing, production, and completion timelines are estimates unless expressly identified in writing as guaranteed.

3.8 Business Days and Carrier Transit

Our normal operating days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays and other announced closures.

Processing, design, approval, production, and quality-control times are separate from carrier transit times.

The carrier transit estimates in Section 4 begin only after the completed order has been transferred to the carrier.

4. Estimated Carrier Transit Times

4.1 Domestic Shipments

Domestic shipments are generally in transit for approximately two to seven business days after the carrier receives the package.

4.2 International Shipments

International shipments are generally in transit for approximately four to 22 business days after the carrier receives the package.

International delivery times can vary significantly based on the destination, selected carrier and service, customs processing, local delivery services, documentation requirements, and other factors outside our control.

4.3 Delivery Estimates

Carrier delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless the selected shipping service expressly provides a guaranteed delivery commitment.

To the extent permitted by law, Gummy Molds is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, natural disasters, service interruptions, incorrect delivery scans, government action, labor disruptions, security inspections, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will assist with an appropriate carrier inquiry when reasonably possible.

5. Shipping Address Changes

Requests to change a shipping address must be submitted before the order is dispatched.

We will make reasonable efforts to update an address, but an address change is not guaranteed after fulfillment, label creation, carrier processing, or shipment has begun.

Once an order has shipped, contact info@gummymolds.com. We may be able to request an address correction or package intercept, depending on the carrier and shipping service.

Any resulting carrier correction, interception, return, or reshipping fees may be charged to the customer.

6. Address Accuracy and Delivery Access

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including any required unit number, suite number, company name, postal code, telephone number, access instructions, and recipient information.

Additional charges resulting from an incomplete or incorrect address, refused delivery, unavailable recipient, restricted delivery location, unclaimed package, or package returned to sender may be the customer’s responsibility.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring that the delivery location can safely receive the package or freight shipment.

7. P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

7.1 P.O. Boxes

Orders sent to a P.O. box must use a postal shipping service that supports P.O. box delivery. Courier services requiring a street address may not be available.

7.2 Military Addresses

We can ship to eligible APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses using supported United States Postal Service options. Courier services and certain expedited services may not be available for these addresses.

8. Tracking Notifications

When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number or tracking link after the order is dispatched.

Carrier tracking may require additional time to update after a shipping label is created, a package is collected, or a shipment is transferred between carrier facilities.

Customers are responsible for monitoring available tracking information and making reasonable arrangements to receive the shipment.

9. Delayed Shipments

If a shipment exceeds the carrier’s estimated delivery window, contact info@gummymolds.com with your order number.

We may contact the carrier, open an investigation, or provide available tracking and claim information.

Carrier investigations and final determinations are controlled by the carrier and may take additional time. An investigation does not guarantee a specific outcome.

10. Packages Damaged in Transit

If a parcel appears significantly damaged when delivery is attempted, reject the parcel when reasonably possible and ask the carrier to document the damage.

If the package has already been delivered, contact info@gummymolds.com within five business days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number;
  • A description of the damage;
  • Photographs of the shipping box;
  • Photographs of the shipping label;
  • Photographs of the internal packaging; and
  • Photographs of each damaged product.

Keep the product, packaging, shipping box, labels, and packing materials until the issue has been reviewed and any carrier investigation is complete.

Do not discard damaged products or packaging and do not return a product without written authorization from Gummy Molds.

11. Packages Lost in Transit

If tracking indicates that a package may be lost, contact us so that we can review the shipment and, when appropriate, open a carrier investigation.

A replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution may be provided after the carrier completes its investigation and verifies the loss, subject to the circumstances of the shipment, available carrier coverage, and applicable law.

12. Carrier Coverage and Claims

Carrier liability, declared-value coverage, and shipping insurance vary by carrier and service level.

Any claim for loss, damage, shortage, or delivery failure is subject to the carrier’s requirements, deadlines, exclusions, documentation standards, and final determination.

Gummy Molds may require the customer’s cooperation, photographs, written statements, proof of loss, packaging, or other supporting documentation to complete a carrier claim.

Failure to provide requested documentation or preserve the product and packaging may prevent or delay a claim.

13. Customs, Duties, and International Import Requirements

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes, brokerage charges, inspection fees, handling fees, storage charges, or other destination-country costs.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or in a written quotation, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the customer’s responsibility.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Confirming that the ordered products may be legally imported into the destination country;
  • Providing accurate recipient and company information;
  • Providing tax, registration, identification, or importer information when required;
  • Completing any customs or carrier documentation;
  • Responding promptly to customs or carrier requests; and
  • Paying applicable duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and other import costs.

Customs authorities may open, inspect, delay, hold, or refuse a shipment. Gummy Molds does not control customs decisions or processing times.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, forfeited, destroyed, or returned because duties, taxes, brokerage charges, documentation, import restrictions, or customs requirements were not completed, the order will not be eligible for a refund except when required by applicable law.

Return shipping, customs charges, storage fees, disposal fees, and reshipping costs may also be charged to the customer.

14. Sales Tax

Applicable sales, use, or similar taxes may be calculated and collected according to the delivery destination, available customer information, Shopify settings, and applicable law.

International duties, value-added taxes, import taxes, and brokerage charges are separate from any sales tax collected during checkout unless expressly stated otherwise.

15. Order Cancellations

Cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

In-stock orders may be canceled only when Gummy Molds confirms the cancellation in writing before fulfillment begins.

Custom, made-to-order, prototype, design, engineering, bulk-production, digital-product, and consulting orders cannot be canceled after applicable design work, engineering, material procurement, production, fulfillment, or digital delivery has begun.

16. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Shipping-related returns, replacements, repairs, credits, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

All sales are final except when an item is verified as damaged, defective, incorrect, or when another remedy is required by applicable law.

Do not return a product without written authorization from Gummy Molds.

17. Policy Priority and Changes

The product page, accepted quotation, invoice, project approval, or written agreement may contain shipping or production terms specific to an order or project.

When a specific written agreement expressly conflicts with this general Shipping Policy, the more specific written agreement controls for that order or project.

We may update this Shipping Policy to reflect changes in our products, production processes, carriers, shipping services, business practices, or legal obligations.

The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated date.
