Production Planning
One fully filled mold provides up to 100 pieces and 640 mL of total cavity volume per cycle. Ten molds provide 1,000 cavities per cycle. Finished piece weight depends on formulation density, fill level, and processing conditions.
This mold can be used for hand filling, pour-and-scrape workflows, and compatible depositing systems. Confirm tray dimensions, nozzle spacing, shot volume, cavity alignment, formulation viscosity, and machine settings before automated production.
